Cleaning Equipment and Setup

Water and suction lines are run into the facility. Equipment is pressurized and leak tested.

Hose is brought into the facility (one floor at a time)

Unit removed fro wall sleeve and placed in cleaning trough. Shroud section partially disassembled.

Apparent Debris and dirt in sleeve and unit basepan.

Standard Filter and outdoor air filter are removed from unit. Note: Gray haze on filter material is dirt.

Indoor and outdoor coils sprayed with cleaner.

Filter Material is placed on top of unit and cleaning begins. Sleeve is sprayed and water suctioned off simultaneously.

Basepan is cleaned while the indoor coil receives cleaning from the inside out. All exposed surfaces on coils are cleaned.

Mechanical components are cleaned. Shroud is lifted to insure cleaning of coils from the inside out. Fan assembly is cleaned.

Water and debris are suctioned out of both pans and collected into a storage tank in the vehicle. Unit is reassembled.

Entire unit is wiped down, as is the adjacent area. Unit is then reinstalled in wall sleeve.

Equipment is secured in sleeve and tested in all modes of operation. Unit is then tagged to insure that the ProClean Process has been completed.
